Accessibility statement
Last reviewed: October 31, 2026.
We want everyone who uses bizjetdocs.com, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to find information, request documents and manage their orders. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we do
- Text and controls are tested for color contrast against our black and white theme.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, has a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
- Form fields have labels, errors are written in text, and pages declare their language and use headings in order.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages reflow on small screens and respect the reduced-motion setting.
- We check pages with automated accessibility tools when we change them.
Known limitations
- Document proofs are shown as watermarked images so they cannot be copied before purchase. If you need a proof in another format, tell us and we will provide an accessible copy.
- Card and bank payments use our payment processor's secure form, and optional sign-in with Google or Microsoft uses their pages. We do not control the accessibility of those pages; if one gets in your way, contact us and we will arrange payment or sign-in another way.
- Delivered documents follow FAA formats. If you need a document in a different format to read it, ask us.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use with your browser or assistive technology, or you need information in another format, email support@bizjetdocs.com or call (772) 571-4647. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply, and help you complete what you were doing by email or phone in the meantime.
