Questions
Where does the weight and balance data come from?
Only from your own rotorcraft flight manual, its supplements and your aircraft's weighing record. 14 CFR 91.9(a) makes the approved flight manual limitations the ones you must comply with.
What equipment does an NVG operation need?
14 CFR 91.205(h) lists it: the day and night VFR instruments and equipment, night vision goggles, an interior and exterior lighting system for NVG operations, and the other items in that paragraph, installed, functioning and approved for use by the FAA.
